WARRANTY
We understand that the productivity of Sky-TDM’s touchscreens and electronic products is crucial to your business. That is why we are committed to delivering reliable, stable, and high-quality products to our customers. In the rare event that your product does encounter an issue, SKY-TDM offers a flexible limited warranty and after-sales service for our touchscreens and displays. These guidelines provide you with detailed information and help you obtain an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number when necessary. You may also want to review our Terms and Conditions.
WARRANTY COVERAGE INFORMATION
1.warrants that products with defects in materials or workmanship occurring during the warranty period will be repaired or have the defective components replaced free of charge by SKY-TDM.
2.SKY-TDM will verify whether the product meets the specified specifications.
3.SKY-TDM will confirm that the defective product is within the warranty period.
4.This warranty covers only faults that occur under normal use conditions due to defects in materials or workmanship.
DURATION OF WARRANTY

OBTAINING A RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER
1.After confirming that the product issue is due to a defect in SKY-TDM products, SKY-TDM will issue an RMA number.
2.We will contact you via email with detailed shipping instructions and clearly label the RMA number on all packaging boxes.
3.The estimated after-sales processing time is within 60 days (excluding shipping time). For cases requiring special material replenishment, we will communicate with the customer and reach a new agreement.
These policies apply to all shipped products, including standard products and customized customer products.
