Project Design Phase
1. SKY-TDM requires you to provide detailed requirement specifications for product design (development fees may apply).
2. Upon completion of the design, we will provide complete drawings for your confirmation. The project will proceed to the next phase after you confirm via email.
Sample Phase
1. Sample production can only be initiated after you have confirmed the product design drawings and notify SKY-TDM accordingly.
2. Standard sample delivery time is within 60 days (excluding transportation time). For special materials, delivery dates will be discussed and agreed upon with the customer.
3. The number of samples depends on customer needs. It is generally recommended to request no more than 10 pieces (samples are chargeable).
4. After successful sample testing, you are required to inform SKY-TDM via email to proceed to the next phase.
Mass Production Phase
1. After sample approval, we recommend a small-scale trial production run of up to 50 pieces to ensure stability before full-scale mass production.
2. During the mass production phase, customers are expected to allow sufficient lead time. SKY-TDM will schedule production based on customer requirements and deliver on time.
3. Standard products have no MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) requirement; for customized products, the general MOQ is 300 pcs.
