RMA PROCEDURE
Before returning the product, please contact your sales representative to obtain an RMA number. Please prepare the part number, serial number, and a description of the fault.
We will contact you via email, and a sales representative will follow up with you throughout the entire process, providing detailed shipping instructions. Additionally, each package will be clearly labeled with an RMA sticker.
The estimated after-sales processing time is within 60 days (excluding transportation time). For special material replenishment, we will communicate with the customer separately to make new arrangements.
